Waffles

Serves: 6-8 Waffles
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 3½ cups flour
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- ⅓ cup oil
- 3½ cups milk
Instructions
- Beat egg whites until fluffy.
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a sifter.
- Combine egg yolks, oil, and milk in a large bowl.
- Mix together wet and dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites slowly. When it barely combines, stop mixing and cook.
