Serves: 6-8 Waffles
Ingredients
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3½ cups flour
  • 2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • ⅓ cup oil
  • 3½ cups milk
Instructions
  1. Beat egg whites until fluffy.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a sifter.
  3. Combine egg yolks, oil, and milk in a large bowl.
  4. Mix together wet and dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites slowly. When it barely combines, stop mixing and cook.
