Potato Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 potato per person
  • ½ egg per person
  • 1-2 pickles
Dressing:
  • Mayo
  • Buttermilk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Paprika
  • Dried onion
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Pickle juice
Instructions
  1. Boil whole potatoes in jackets (skins) until tender, about 25-30 minutes.
  2. About 15 minutes after potatoes reach boil, add eggs.
  3. When done, drain and set aside to cool.
  4. Peel potatoes and eggs and chop.
  5. Mix with chopped dill pickles, celery, and/or onions (per your mood).
  6. Add dressing and mix well.
  7. Chill before serving.
Dressing:
  1. Mix mayo and buttermilk until texture is smooth (Use 1:2 ratio).
  2. Add seasonings of choice to taste
  3. Add dressing to potatoes, eggs, and pickles
  4. Chill and serve.
