Chicken and Rice
Recipe type: Main
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 1¼ cup long grain rice, (not Minute Rice)
- 2 cans of cream soup or broth, your choice
- 1 can water
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- Mix rice, soup, & water.
- Pour into a greased 9" x 13" pan.
- Place chicken pieces on top and sprinkle with onion soup mix.
- Cover tightly with foil and cook at 350⁰ for about an hour.
