Ingredients
  • 1¼ cup warm water
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. yeast
  • ½ Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 cups flour
Instructions
  1. Soften yeast in sugar and water.
  2. Add the rest, with the flour last.
  3. Mix.
  4. Let stand 10 minutes then beat down.
  5. Beat down every 10 minutes for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out and roll up and let rise till double (about 30 minutes).
  7. Bake at 375⁰ for 25-30 minutes.
