Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breast
- ½ cup plain bread crumbs
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1-2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Instructions
- Combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, and sesame seeds on a plate or in a shallow dish. Pour soy sauce and water into a bowl. Marinate chicken pieces in soy sauce for 10 minutes. Remove and coat with breadcrumb mixture. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces. Brown for 3-5 minutes on the first side. Turn and brown the second side an additional 3-5 minutes. Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Pierce with a fork to check for doneness. (Meat should not be pink inside.)
