Easy Cake Cookies

  • 1 cake mix
  • 1 box of pudding (large size)
  • ½ cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. water (or juice)
  1. Bake on an un-greased cookie sheet at 350⁰ for 10-12 minutes.
  2. *This is the most awesome and easy cookie recipe. The cool thing about this recipe is that you can do so many different variations—and they are so yummy! Here are some of my favorites…be creative and then share! Prepare and bake the same as above, just switch out the different parts.
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Vanilla cake mix
Vanilla pudding
Chocolate chips

Pistachio Cookies
Vanilla cake mix
Pistachio pudding
Add green colored sugar on top

Lemon Cookies
3 Tbsp. lemon juice (instead of water)
Lemon cake mix
Lemon pudding
Glaze or powdered sugar

Oreo Cookies
Devil’s food cake mix
Chocolate fudge Pudding
Make these small and put together with white frosting

Sugar Cookies
Sour cream cake mix
Vanilla pudding
Add a handful of flour, roll into a ball with your hands. Leave plain to frost or roll in colored sugar or sprinkles.

Macaroon Cookies
Coconut cake mix
Coconut cream pudding
Add: Handful of coconut

Spice Cookies
Spice cake mix
Vanilla pudding
Add raisins and walnuts if desired

Peanut Butter Cookies

Vanilla pudding
Add: 1 cup peanut butter. Add a chocolate Hershey’s kiss to the top of the cookie right out of the oven

Chocolate Cookies
Devil’s food cake mix
Chocolate pudding
While chocolate chips

Granola Cookies
French vanilla cake mix
Vanilla pudding
½ to ¾ cup applesauce (instead of the oil)
Handful of granola
*These will be extra chewy!

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Vanilla cake mix
Vanilla pudding
Add: ½ tsp cinnamon, handful of oatmeal, and raisins

Scotchie Cookies
Vanilla cake mix
Butterscotch pudding
Butterscotch chips

Cream Cheese Brownies
1 German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
½ cup sugar
Chocolate chips
Make the cake mix like the directions and pour into a greased cookie sheet. Cream together the cream cheese, egg, and sugar. Blob them down onto the cake mix. Swirl them into the batter. Bake at 350⁰, 20+ minutes until done. Immediately out of the oven sprinkle chocolate chips on top and let melt.
