Chicken Goulash

Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked cubed chicken
  • 3 Tbsp. dried onion
  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
  • ⅔ cup red wine
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cup NON-FAT plain yogurt
  • ½ lb. wide noodles, cooked
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients, except yogurt and noodles in large skillet.
  2. Simmer for 20 minutes, covered.
  3. Add water if necessary.
  4. Remove the bay leaf.
  5. Serve over noodles with ¼ cup yogurt on each serving.
