Chicken Goulash

Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked cubed chicken
- 3 Tbsp. dried onion
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
- ⅔ cup red wine
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup NON-FAT plain yogurt
- ½ lb. wide noodles, cooked
Instructions
- Place all ingredients, except yogurt and noodles in large skillet.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, covered.
- Add water if necessary.
- Remove the bay leaf.
- Serve over noodles with ¼ cup yogurt on each serving.
