- ½-1 lb. bacon
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 6 eggs
- ½ tsp. salt
- Spray 9” x 13” baking pan with Pam.
- Cut up bacon and place in pan. Cook in 425⁰ oven until cooked, about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix flour, milk, eggs, and salt in blender.
- Pour mixture over the melted grease, very carefully. Place back in oven and bake at 425⁰ for approximately 18 minutes.
