Ingredients
  • ½-1 lb. bacon
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 eggs
  • ½ tsp. salt
Instructions
  1. Spray 9” x 13” baking pan with Pam.
  2. Cut up bacon and place in pan. Cook in 425⁰ oven until cooked, about 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, mix flour, milk, eggs, and salt in blender.
  4. Pour mixture over the melted grease, very carefully. Place back in oven and bake at 425⁰ for approximately 18 minutes.
