Swedish Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1-1½ cups flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- ½ tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups milk
Instructions
- Blend together until smooth. Pour into pan like crepes and flip. Serve with either syrup, jam, or fresh berries.
Notes
No blender? Put dry ingredients into a bowl. Add milk gradually, and mix until smooth, then add eggs.
