Ingredients
  • 1-1½ cups flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
Instructions
  1. Blend together until smooth. Pour into pan like crepes and flip. Serve with either syrup, jam, or fresh berries.
Notes
No blender? Put dry ingredients into a bowl. Add milk gradually, and mix until smooth, then add eggs.
