The Best Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever!

Ingredients
- 2 squares butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2½ cups QUICK oatmeal (Blend oatmeal to make more powdery.)
- Chocolate chips to taste
- Nuts, optional to taste
Instructions
- Bake, 350⁰ 10-12 minutes.
- Freezes really well—in fact, half of our dough actually never becomes cookies, it's eaten in frozen cookie dough ball form! 🙂
