Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
Sauce:
- 1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chilies
- A sprinkling of dry onion
- A little milk or sour cream to thin, if necessary
- Cubed cooked chicken or turkey
Tortillas
Shredded cheese
Instructions
- Layer the tortillas, sauce and cheese, ending with sauce and cheese.
- Bake at 350⁰ for 20-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Notes
This is really good served with fresh diced tomatoes and sour cream.
