Ingredients
  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can (or 2-3 fresh, hollowed out) diced jalapenos or serranoes peppers
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. cilantro
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Let sit for at least 30 minutes. Serve.
Notes
If your food processor is too small for all ingredients, mix everything in the food processor except the tomatoes, and just stir the ingredients into the tomatoes in a bowl.
