Ingredients
Marinade:
- Freshly-squeezed orange juice
- Garlic
- Onion
- Pepper
- Salt
- Cumin
- Cilantro
- Fresh-squeezed limes
Instructions
- Marinate a skirt steak (preferred, although flank can be used) for 4 hours or overnight (overnight is best) in a Ziploc bag. After marinating, grill. Slice against the grain.
Notes
The citrus is important for the marinade – it’s what makes the meat tender. Add the rinds of the oranges and limes to the bag while marinating.
