Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2-3 tsp. almond extract, or to taste
  • 2 ½ cups flour
Instructions
  1. Work butter and sugar until creamy and fluffy. Add egg yolk, almond extract, and flour. Mix thoroughly. Shape with cookie press, following manufacturer’s directions. Place on buttered baking sheet and bake at 350⁰ until a golden yellow, about 8 minutes.
