Ingredients
  • 10-12 cups flour
  • 2 Tbsp. dry yeast
  • ½ cup wheat gluten
  • 4 cups warm water
  • ⅓ cup veg. oil
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
Instructions
  1. Mix 6 cups flour with yeast and gluten.
  2. Add water and mix.
  3. Let sit 10 minutes.
  4. Add honey, oil, and salt, then mix in remaining flour.
  5. Knead 10 minutes.
  6. Rise 20 minutes.
  7. Put in pan and let rise.
  8. Bake at 350⁰ for 25 minutes.
Notes
Do not skip the wheat gluten. It’s what really makes this recipe.
