Ingredients
- 10-12 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp. dry yeast
- ½ cup wheat gluten
- 4 cups warm water
- ⅓ cup veg. oil
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Instructions
- Mix 6 cups flour with yeast and gluten.
- Add water and mix.
- Let sit 10 minutes.
- Add honey, oil, and salt, then mix in remaining flour.
- Knead 10 minutes.
- Rise 20 minutes.
- Put in pan and let rise.
- Bake at 350⁰ for 25 minutes.
Notes
Do not skip the wheat gluten. It’s what really makes this recipe.
